can get payout through paypal

Hello im from sri lanka. When i try to use paypal as the payout option it says cancelled after like 10 days.and the money returned back to my contributor account. but i can get my payments through payonner. I did get my payout through paypal some time ago but to a different paypal account. I have checked with paypal and they didnt see any  problems.I really need get my payouts to paypal. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

PS: title is wrong actually it should be ‘’ i cant get my payout through paypal’’
