Due to aggressive post-processing of your camera, details got washed out:

In addition, your camera (smartphone?) did some fake depth of field and that failed:

In addition to camera induced defects, the framing of the picture is bad. It's a picture of your nice cat sleeping, of interest only to you. When you submit to stock, you should ask yourself the question: Why would a potential buyer buy especially this picture? There are thousands of thousands cat pictures in the database, so your addition needs to be special.
