can i remove my not accepted file

Rejected files remain as small thumbnails on your account and cannot be deleted, presumably as a reminder to you and to Adobe so that you don't attempt to upload it again.

That's correct, this cannot be removed.  But it also isn't visible on your public profile so only you and the Adobe moderators see it.  So no worries there 🙂
