Greetings and congratulations to all,

I previously had an account and deleted the account due to irregular sales. Now in the new account I want to submit all my designs is it ok and created many new files.

All designs are owned by me
I have proof that I own all the designs

If you got banned for irregular sales, I suppose that you did not resurrect your account. It's OK to create a new one with the same assets, if they were not in violation of the rules.

Yes if you had the old account deleted. I said "had" because you yourself cannot delete an account. Only contributor support can delete your account. You must request that it be deleted.
