Can I submit multiple images with one prompt if there are significant differences within the images?

Yes, but be certain that they really aren't too similar, or you might get the whole batch rejected.

Yes. The prompt is irrelevant. The generated image is. If all the images are of good quality, you can submit all of them.

As @Jill_C said, yes. If the differences are significant. I'm assuming you aren't including the prompt in your title or keywords, which is usually pointless. If I upload AI from the same prompt, and if they vary enough from one to the other, I normlly submit a maximum of three. I've done more, and they've been accepted, but it might be risky given what some believe are an unusually high number of rejections recently.
