Can I submit multiple images

Yes. The prompt is irrelevant. The generated image is. If all the images are of good quality, you can submit all of them.

As @Jill_C said, yes. If the differences are significant. I'm assuming you aren't including the prompt in your title or keywords, which is usually pointless. If I upload AI from the same prompt, and if they vary enough from one to the other, I normlly submit a maximum of three. I've done more, and they've been accepted, but it might be risky given what some believe are an unusually high number of rejections recently.
