Can I upload photos from my mobile device?

A few days ago I uploaded 3 similar photos with my cat

Today I was told that they can not take photos, because during their examination they found that they were subjected to excessive post-processing and / or contain noise. 

All humor is that I did not process these photos, but made them as far as I remember from the iPad.  So there is only an option with noise.   

I understand the camera does not allow you to take photos that can be taken on this site. Then I have a question, if I buy a new camera and upload photos in the RAW format, will not they be rejected for a similar reason? (Sorry if the question is too stupid, I'm new to this)
