can i upload picture of myself

Hi , i am new to adobe stock and i would like to now is it allowed to upload pictures of myself ? My friend took nice pics of me and i would like to know if this is allowed and should i put her name as a phtographer in a model release?

only the creator can upload an asset. Your friend can do so on her account.

Submitting content created by other artists is prohibited.

However, there's nothing precluding YOU from taking pictures of yourself with a tripod for example and submitting them along with a model release.

Legend

The model release must show your friend as the Photographer (Artist) and you as the model. I am much more concerned though that you do not have any rights to upload the picture because it was not taken by you. Your friend owns the copyright outright and can submit it to stock, but it's not yours to submit.
