Can I use clipping mask and raster effects for the vector files?

Good day. I am a bit confused about submitting vector files. Is it acceptable to use raster effects (e.g., blur, pixelate) in a vector file? Also, can I use a clipping mask to hide unwanted parts of an illustration? I am in a dilemma.

Please suggest. It would be highly appreciated :)

No rasters allowed. Clipping paths are OK.

Keep in mind that what you submit to Stock must be commercial-ready for use in print, digital or merchandise projects.

Read the 7-part section on Vector Requirements from your Contributor User Guide starting here:

Hope that helps.
