Can I use digital modelreleases

I used model releases signed by the model on a tablet, but Adobe accepted none of them.

Should I have a model release signed on paper by the model?

I attached one of my releases for reference.

Would love to see suggestions, on how I can still use my tablet and get my model releases accepted.

Yes, Adobe accepts non-Adobe releases. Here's what it says on their help page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/model-release.html#:~:text=You%20can%20get%20a%20model,similar%20to%20our%20release%20form.

"You can get a model release template from Adobe Stock, but we also accept release forms from other sources as long as they’re filled out correctly and are substantially similar to our release form.

You can download the release form here or from the Contributor portal. Or you can use Adobe Acrobat Sign, which requests an electronic signature directly from the portal — no need to download software to make it work. Learn more

Are you using Adobe Sign to colletc your signatures?

I attached the model release without blanking it out.

Sorry for that, can a moderator help me how I can modify that.
