Can I wait to redeem my code ?

I already have an active Creative Cloud plan that is billed monthly for Adobe Illustration. Should I wait to redeem my code or wait for my subscription finish?  I have been subscribed to Adobe Illustrator for two months.

        Log-in to your online account below.

        Click on the Chat icon.

        In the Chat box type AGENT and wait for a human. 

        Explain to the agent that you currently have Illustrator and want to add your Stock Contributor Bonus to that plan. They can advise you what to do.

        Be very careful because if it's not the same plan, they'll put you on the same plan and you'll lose 10 months.

        It happened to me last year, and luckily customer service sorted it out for me, otherwise I would have lost several months.

        Can you explain for me how do I know I’m in the same plan? When I redeem the bonus code, there are 20 apps include in the plan, and adobe illustrator included in the plan. Thank you for your reply.

        This year is new and I can't redeem it yet because I only have two months left and I don't want to risk losing them, so I really don't know how it works. I'm sorry I can't help you, but if you contact Adobe customer support, I'm sure they'll help you.
