Can I work with photos, vectors, videos in one account? If you do this, will the account be blocked?

Yes, mixed assets in ONE account are perfectly acceptable; in fact, this is the preferred approach. Having multiple accounts possibly increases your risk of having one or more of them suspended if you accidentally upload the wrong asset type and end up with the same asset in multiple accounts.

yes, Only one account on my PC. This account has a total of 4 vector files. I want to work with vectors, videos, AI images on this account. What will be the problem? And only one account on my device. No multiple accounts.

It's preferred that you DO upload all file types to a single account.
