can not upload video.

i tried uploading video, it say file is too large. but file is only 286mb . adoobe video limit is 3900mb.

why this happens? also no ftp upload option here.

sftp is getting phased out, as Adobe added the upload via the web site, even for video.

If mp4 works for you, submit as an mp4 file.

update: it is mov format issue. mp4 works good.
