Can somebody explain me, why this photo was rejected?

I believe the rejection reason sited was technical issue. There are section of the subject that are blown out with too much highlights. Also the colors of the model is not smooth and do not seem to be correct. There is also an issue of grain/noise (a different reason for rejection).

You were given a rejection, and we have no way to look it up. Please tell us what the rejection message was. I can guess at two reasons for rejection, but guessing won't help you.
