Can someone give feedback on why this photo may have been rejected?

The first photo is the original. The second photo is my update where I straightened the photo and enhanced the color a little. Where did I go wrong with this photo? Ouyt my my first 7 photos, 5 were accepted and 2 rejected. After that, I got 5 or 6 rejections in a row.

It's a great moment but Adobe customers expect perfection even for unique nature shots. Unfortunately no part of the coati is in focus. Always view at 100%-200% to check this sort of thing out.

Thank you Test Scrteen Name. My camera has auto-focus but the coati was moving as I took the picture. Maybe that is why it was not in focus.

Were you using a tripod? Also you could try other sites for this picture, I find shutterstock is a bit easier.

Thank you. We have used another site with no rejections.

Hi @25084520

Your camera was not set at the right depth of field for this shot. I get the impression this was taken with either a phone cam or a compact cam that has non-adjustable aperture.

I suggest you observe carefully the Adobe Contributor Guidelines and the Seven Tips To Get Your Files Accepted. Also this other link will help you identify rejection issues.

Best wishes
