Can someone give insight on why this illustration was rejected?

Thank you! It is a transparent PNG, the background is not actually black. I had to take a screenshot of it to upload here because it is too big to upload.

Your border is not cleanly cut out.

Apart from that, we would need to access the original file because the screenshot does not give more hints than that.

Hi @April271646064jgv ,

As you've read multiple times screenshot will not work. You will need to reduce the size of the image to the specified size suggested for upload here.

Ok thank you to everyone who has replied, I really appreciate the feedback. I will take another look at the image and see how I can improve the cut out and cropping, and make sure I upload the originals next time. 🙂

    Screenshots of images are not useful. Adobe will examine it pixel by pixel so the exact original is needed for good commentary.

    As Abambo indicated , the cutout work on the edges is not well done; in addition it appears you've cut off the top and bottom edges.
