Yep,

Not sharp, it seems a little pixelated, and most probably, you would need a property release for the house and artwork.

I'm afraid though, as it stands this photo won't pass the quality standards, due to the quality of the photo.

Not sharp, not straight, underexposed shadows in the trees and you need a property release for the artwork.

It's unsharp. You can't fix that. You may probably need to have a property release for the house and the graffiti.
