Can't access my contributor account sales, details etc, there is nothing.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. Many cintributors are reporting review delays of 2-3 months or even longer. There is nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient.

Your account should be an Adobe ID that you had at the time, except if you are a Fotolia contributor. Then the situation is more complicated as it involves synching your account with a probably defunct e-mail address. In that case, you absolutely need to pass via the mail, that @Jill_C gave you.

But let's assume you have an Adobe ID. Then you need to contact Adobe customer care to get again access to your now defunct Adobe ID (if it still exists). Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
