Can't access portfolio page

Hello. I have been unable to visit the portfolio page to upload illustrations for several days now. The site just won't load. I've tried clearing cookies and logging in from another browser, but nothing seems to work. It used to happen that the portfolio page didn't load for a while, but then everything got fine. Now it has been going on for 4 days. I worry. I can go to the Adobe website page, but the contributor page does not work ...What can I do and how do I get access? ..
