Can't click on prompt to upload my ID

On the contributor page, I can't seem to be able to click on the prompt to upload my ID; I don't get redirected to anywhere whenever I click on it. Pretty much nothing happens when I do click on it. Is there any other way to upload my ID? Or I'm assuming that, if I were to upload something, that would be considered as my submission for my ID?
