Can't connect to Stock/Fotolia Account [Branched from 2017 topic]
I am having same issues to try and sync to my Fotolia account from Adobe. Getting the following error message "Your credentials could not be authenticated. Please try again." I've emailed contributor-support@adobe.com on Feb 3 2023 but haven't received a response yet. Hope someone can help out. I'm a contributor out in Singapore and would like to manage the earnings accrued on the sales of my pics. Thanks.
Note - I tried using the Forget Password function to reset my Fotolia login password on the sync page as well but it doesn't send an email indicated (same one where Adobe sends notifications on sales to).
