Can't enter to portfolio

I regullary receive Daily Earnings Reports to my e-mail -[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]. But on web-page https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/ I can't see (find) my portfolio. I see: "New account creation is not available at this time." But I don't want to create new account. I need my old one.

Are you logged-in to your Adobe Stock Contributor account?

Try using a different browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

If your account has been created under Fotolia, you need to synchronize your old fotolia account with your new Adobe contributor account.
