Can't find upload option or can you tell me how to upload psd files?

PSD files are not an accepted format.

Stock accepts raster images as .JPG or .PNG with transparency.

Vector graphics may be submitted as .AI, .EPS or .SVG files.

Stock sources templates from trusted partners & design agencies by invitation only.

You can't upload PSD files! In addition, you can't be an Adobe Stock Contributor, as per your screenshot.
