can't find uploaded photo

hello

I uploaded photo. it was reviewed and moved to Portfolio. after that I tried to find my photo in stock.adobe.com by keywords and by title, but I couldn't. there were many photos which do not match the keywords, but couldn't find mine. in search result there were also some photos shown several times.  can anyone explain why it happens and what should I do to move my photo to firs pages in search?
