Can't include in the Adobe......???

My uploads have been being blocked and a message stating We Can't include your images in our ......  It posts that I have model release or property release problems, and is implying the releases are not correct. I believe they are correct, according to the Checklist of required release document requirements.... This has been a bad experience. I still do not have even one listed item. It has been several weeks of working on this!!!! I have been experiencing obstruction.  Not a lol.  Not funny.
