can't log in what can I do?

You need to contact Adobe Contributor Support to have your Fotolia account merged with your Adobe account. You can contact them at contributor-support@adobe.com. I've found they respond pretty quickly during business hours, make sure to check spam and other folders in case their reply gets filtered.
