I got this notification from adobe. but when i tried to redeem the code i recive this error.

What should I do now?

    The error looks clear to me. The codes are localised. You need to be in the correct region to redeem the code. If your Adobe ID and your contributor account are in different regions, Check that. If that is correct, contact customer support and contributor support for a solution.
