Since a few Days I am not be able to upload any stock videos in the 16x9 format. 9x16 (vertical) works fine.
I am uploading from filezilla without any problems. It says the upload was succesful, but I can´t see my videos in my contributor portal.

Does anyone know what to do?

Adobe Stock accepts the following video resolution (width x height):

  1. 1920 x 1080 pixels
  2. 2048 x 1080 pixels
  3. 3840 x 2160 pixels
  4. 4096 x 2160 pixels
  5. 4096 x 2304 pixels

Vertical 9:16

Do not convert the vertical video to 16:9 aspect ratio and upload horizontally.

  1. 2304 x 4096
  2. 2160 x 4096
  3. 2160 x 3840
  4. 1080 x 1920

Duration and file size

Minimum duration: 5 seconds.

Maximum duration: 60 seconds.

Vertical recommendation: 10 - 30 seconds.

Maximum file size: 3900 MB (3.9 GB)

I know that videos need some time to get processed, but that should be true for vertical and horizontal files. Maybe the codec is wrong. How do you process the assets?

If you could share a test file here, I could have a look at it. Make sure that it does not work on your side. It can be anything as a subject, as you do not need to submit it.
