Can't Verify Phone Number

Question

Hello Adobe Community,
I'm experiencing an issue while trying to verify my phone number on my Adobe account. Every time I enter my number and click to receive the verification code, I get this error:

An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Using Google Chrome on PC (also tried Incognito Mode)

Clearing cache and cookies

Turning off all browser extensions (including ad blockers)

Using a different browser (Firefox)

Ensuring VPN is turned off

Trying a different phone number

Writing the number in the full international format (+8801XXXXXXXXX)

Unfortunately, nothing worked. I need phone number verification to log in to Adobe Stock and use other services, but I’m completely stuck due to this issue.
Please advise how I can fix this or if there’s any way to bypass this temporarily. I’m from Bangladesh, in case the issue is regional.

Many new contributors (from your region) have reported issues with the new phone registration requirement. We do not have a solution to this. We recommend that you contact Adobe customer care on this. The issue is probably that Adobe does not do business in Bangladesh, and therefore does not accept a Bangladesh phone number.

There is no know possibility to bypass this. There are multiple people from different countries experiencing this issue.
