Can we add long tail keywords in assets metadata? What's the best practice?

Most creators just add single word keywords for their assets while uploading. Is it the best practice or we can add long tail keywrods as well? Like a combination of our main keyword + supporting words?

That’s a great question. Write a highly specific natural title that acts like a long-tail phrase. The first 10 keywords carry the heaviest weight in search placement. Adobe Stock needs to improve with, generating better titles and keywords. Putting your most specific, descriptive words at the very top of your list is the best practice.

I also find Grok very helpful with this task, definitely better than Claude.

This is an example of prompts I use:

I’m an Adobe stock contributor, I am sharing photos of my work and want the best title you can give me describing the photo, only use capital letter on the first word of the title, and give me the best 50 single words associated with each photo, separated by commas.

I’m actually thinking of asking for 40 words, and use 10 adobe gives me. You will love the results, and the results will show right away (if you’re submitting good enough assets)

    Cheers!

You can use them, but probably sparingly. As per a google search: “While they have lower search volumes, they often result in higher conversion rates because they reflect specific user intent.”
