The bird too exposes rendering errors, like at the feet. You also see a white border/outline around the bird, which is typical for excessive sharpening.

Composition is one factor - the cropping is too close, as @daniellei4510  pointed out.

It is also too saturated, colours are garish.

First, it is not a photo. It is an image. To cflosely cropped and the buildings are drawn very bad. Look close at the lines.

Too closely cropped. This is one of those AI results that float between illustration and reality. It needs to be one or the other. And the bird appears to be missing a leg. Also, get away from the default square format of AI.
