Can you help me with quality issues for my images? what would be the thing to notice, to work on?

When photos are attached to the forum the quality diminishes the ability to make a good analysis.

I think your editing is fine as is, the second photo needs a bit of color correction, but the main issue I see is with the focus on both. If you’d like send me a private message and I’ll share my email so I can take a closer look at exactly what you submitted.

In both photos the shadows are underexposed,  the saturation is a little too much and there is pixelation in the sky (this may be due to size reduction for this forum). In the second photo the buildings need to be straightened and the motion blur due to long exposures is often rejected by moderators. 
 

If signs or similar items contain text or logos, the submission will be rejected due to intellectual property issues.
Also, the blur caused by the slow shutter speed is a concern.
