In addition to what @yamato713108855 and @RALPH_L said: you have practically over the whole image compression artefacts and there is aliasing. 

IMHO, fixing all the errors so that the asset would have a chance to pass is more or less impossible. It is probably easier and faster to create the asset by hand than to correct all the iussues in this image.

In addition, I think you will have poblems because of lighting and not real sharp.

The letters and logos displayed at the bottom are distorted.
