What corrections do i need to do for this 3 images

Each of the images have soft focus and are not well composed. The angle makes the tower appear to be leaning. They seem to have been taken with a cell phone camera, as demonstrated by the lack of detail.

What was the reason for rejection?

I ask because there may be IP problems as well as quality issues. Many monuments and shrines are protected property which means you can't sell their likeness for commercial use.
