Cancel my subscription

i had a year plan and it started 19 nov 2023 and now one year later i want to cancel it but it says if i cancel it to early i have to pay them 2100 swedish krones what is the problem???

What subscription do you have?

 

The problem is that you should have cancelled before 19 November 2023. Subscriptions automatically renew for a full year, if not cancelled during the last month of the subscription. BTW: the early termination fee is half of the remaining due, so paying that is cheaper than keeping a subscription you do not use.

 

Contact Adobe customer care to see if they can cancel for you without the fee. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

and i have tried to cancel it earlier aswell but still want me to pay a fee

You really need to cancel in the last month of the subscription for a fee free cancellation.

 

If your subscription is for Adobe stock, you will lose all accumulated credits by cancelling, in addition to to the early termination fee.
