Cannot add mobile phone number for Adobe Stock Contributor verification (Pakistan +92) — "An error occurred" every time

Hello,

I created a new Adobe Stock Contributor account on 23 October 2026. My email address is verified, but I cannot complete the mandatory phone verification, so I cannot access the Contributor portal or upload anything.

On the 'Enter your mobile phone number' dialog (account.adobe.com/profile), I select Pakistan (+92) and enter my mobile number, but clicking Add always fails with this message:

'An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.'

No SMS code is ever sent.

What I have already tried:

- Many attempts over two days, including waiting and retrying later

- Different browsers and my own phone

- Different mobile numbers — none of them can be added

- Adding the number via Account and security > Two-step verification (SMS) — same error

- Adding the number via Account > Account information > Mobile phone — same error

- The Contributor support contact form — it redirects me back to the phone-verification page, so I cannot submit a request

- General Adobe chat — it would not connect me to an advisor because my account has no paid plan, and it redirected me back to the same contributor form

Is phone verification for +92 (Pakistan) numbers currently broken? Is there any other way to get the number added or verified, or to reach Contributor Support without completing this step first?

Thank you for any help.

Your country is presently geo-blocked to prevent you from doing business with Adobe. Geo-blocks restrict network or website access based on a user's physical location. This is not at Adobe's discretion and is not responsible for the block. Until or unless the geo-location block is lifted, consider submitting assets to other potential stock sites doing business nearer or within your region.

    Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am from Pakistan and I am trying to set up my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My email has been verified successfully, but I cannot verify my mobile number.

Whenever I enter my Pakistani phone number (+92) and click Add, I receive this error:

"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."

I do not receive any OTP, and I cannot proceed with my account setup.

I have tried multiple times, but the same error keeps appearing. Could you please investigate this issue and help me complete my phone verification?

    Thank you for your assistance.

Do a forum search for verification failures - Pakistan. You’ll find 20+ similar posts to yours.

Yes phone verification is broken at your end. Nobody can help until geo-restrictions are lifted by your telecom providers. Until then, you can’t be an Adobe Stock Contributor. Sorry.

Join marketplaces closer to Pakistan or find other telecom providers that don’t block SMS text codes.

    Good luck.
