Cannot create Adobe Stock Contributor account — Adobe ID originally registered in Russia, now living in Israel

Unable to create an Adobe Stock Contributor account — need help

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to register my first Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I’m unable to proceed.

I created my Adobe ID in Russia several years ago, and I now live in Israel. I have never had an Adobe Stock Contributor account.

When I open contributor.stock.adobe.com, I immediately see the following message:

“New account creation is not available at this time.”

The “Link my Adobe ID” option is not available either.

I contacted Adobe Support, but they told me that I can change the country associated with my Adobe ID only by purchasing a subscription. I don’t have an active subscription and would prefer not to pay for one just to register as a Contributor.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a way to resolve this or update the country associated with an Adobe ID without purchasing a subscription?
