Cannot upload although i've login?

Is there any error happening at the moment?

I login to my Adobe Stock Contributor account, i see all my files there in my Dashboard, but there is no link to Upload images and link to Dashboard on the header.

I've been using several years, so i know how the Dashboard looks like.

And the link for "Login" keeps appearing on top, as if i've not logged in.
