Cannot upload .ZIP file

Hello there.

I just cannot upload .zip file through a Contributor window.

Any time I try doing it I've got a window saying "....had upload errors.", without any additional details.

As I've seen, a lot of people experienced such a problem a year ago and it turned out that there was a bug in a Adobe system itself.

Is anybody experiencing such a problem right now?

@Jill_C confirmed that Adobe reported having a bug in the upload system for zip files. Try uploading the EPS file alone, without zip. Anyhow, the JPEG file in the zip archive gets ignored.

I tryed several times but can not upload any zip files.

That's exactly what happens to me. Then it must be an Adobe Stock error.

I also experience this problem.  I'm experimenting. I am trying to download those files that have been downloaded and accepted for a long time. Also upload errors.

You mean, you're trying to upload accepted assets again, to test the upload function. That's a great idea. What format are you uploading?

Yes, I wanted to test the download feature. I am downloading a zip file. It contains eps and jpg. If I upload only eps or only jpg they load without issue. Problem with zip file.

I will need to test this, when Iöm at my desktop.
