Cannot verify phone number for Adobe Stock Contributor (phone sign-up temporarily unavailable)

Hello,

I am trying to complete the security setup to access my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I cannot verify my phone number (+62 - Indonesia).

Every time I enter my number, it displays the following message:

"Sorry, our phone number sign-up is temporarily unavailable. Try again later."

Because of this issue, I am blocked from entering the Contributor portal, and I also cannot enable alternative 2FA options as the system requires a phone number first.

Could Adobe staff or moderators please look into this Indonesia SMS issue and help activate or bypass this requirement for my account?
