Bonjour , je ne peux plus telecharger de photos sur adobe stock depuis que je les prends avec mon canon R7, comment faire ?

    Why can't you upload them?

    What if any error messages are you receiving?

    What is the image file size?

     

    RAW files have never been accepted. 

    Edit RAW files and save them as JPG.  If they contain transparency, save them as PNG with transparency.

    Donnez-nous une copie d'écran de l'erreur (en brouillant les informations personnelles). Il est important qu'on voie le message exact. Comment procédez-vous ? Utilisez-vous Lightroom Classic ou similaire, où téléchargez-vous directement à partir du navigateur ?

     

    Postez une image bidon ici, pour que nous puissions faire le teste. Vous n'avez pas besoin de poster une bonne image prévue pour stock, mais le format et la taille doivent correspondre.
