Cant upload ID or to submit photos

I uploaded photos to my contributor account, wrote description and tag photos. Now problem I have is with ID. I tried to upload ID couple years ago and it was rejected (residency card). Now I would like to upload passport or....and button on top the page is not working, same as submit. I enabled pop ups, guessing it is pop up window. allowed all tracers and scripts....it is not working (Firefox). I tried same with chrome, edge....and I'm trying to contact help desk for the last two days. and as that failed....assistance please. And yes I submited my tax for yesturday.
