Case #00435775 – No Response from Support

Hi everyone,

I just want to share that I already emailed Adobe Stock Contributor Support today regarding my case #00435775. My account is still blocked because of the “multiple accounts” issue, but actually I only have one Contributor account.

When I checked my phone number, it showed two emails:

[EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR]  (secondary email only)

[EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR] (main Adobe ID that I want to keep)


I’ve explained this clearly in my email to support. Hopefully they will respond soon.

There's nothing this user-to-user web forum can do about account matters. You must deal directly with Adobe Stock. 

And please do not post sensitive personal information in a public web forum. This is not a secure support channel.
