Hello Adobe Contributor Relations Team,

My contributor account (ID: 211593106) was blocked on July 28, 2026 due to duplicate/similar assets.

I submitted an appeal on August 5 and followed up on August 12 (Case ADB‑46500582‑T9K1), but I have not received any reply. I have reviewed the Contributor Guidelines and confirmed my commitment to submitting only unique, high‑quality assets going forward.

Since my account remains blocked and I have not heard back, I respectfully request urgent review and assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,
Mahibur Islam

We are contributors like yourself and Adobe does not participate in this forum. There is nothing we can do to be of assistance. You have a case number. Your only option is to continue waiting. Investigations can take weeks or even months to complete.

When Adobe Stock is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified. Probably not until then.

In the meantime, be patient. Work on other projects & submit to outside services.

Submitting more inquiries just generates new case numbers which slows down the process.

Good luck.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.
