Good afternoon. I moved from Ukraine to Germany. What do I need to do to continue uploading photos?

Nothing. However, Germany requires that you have a business registered because you are trying to make a profit. This only cost 30€ at the Gewerbeamt. They will notify the tax office. Make sure that you register as a small business ("Kleingewerbe"). Otherwise you will have to pay tax in advance. You also have to report your earnings to the tax office.
