Change the language of the portfollio titles and keywords

Hello, I would like to change the language of all my keywords and titles in my portfolio which are in English to put them in French, please tell me what to do, warms regards, Patricia

You can change the region to France but as for the keywords/titles, you have to choose the language at the time of writing.
