Changed Mail, but it still sends "One of your files has been sold – Tax Form Formality" to the wrong

Hello,

I keep getting mails on my wrong email adresse. Where do I need to change it? Everywhere I checked its already changed.

I also wrote a mail to support in march but did not get an answer yet.

Where did you check?

The e-mail address stock users is your Adobe id.

You should also upload your tax form. That is independant from your issue.

Well in my account it says primary mail adress ( adobe id ). And its the correct one I want.
I still get the mails to the wrong one.
I need to check tax form yes, but thats not a priority in my life right now, and i dont want to do a payout anytime soon.
