Some people are waiting a year for moderation. Nobody knows why it takes that time for some assets. My guess is that there is a bug in the moderation queue. That may or may not be the case, but early in my career as a contributor, an Adobe employee did “restart” assets that were stuck in the queue manually. It happened before. There is, however, no mean anymore to do that manual restart today.

We have been recommending that you delete and resubmit for anything over 4 months. But that is entirely up to you. Some people have waited as long or longer, and their assets were eventually reviewed.
