Choosing Video Thumbnails

Hi. Im trying to find out if its possible to select a custom thumbnail when uploading video content as a contributor. Adobe seems to select as freeze frame at random and I can't see any obvious way to customise. Anyone know how?

Hello Sheena,

is such a feature that all other platforms have in planning? I would, like others, welcome it very much.
Because the automatically generated thumbnails are often not very meaningful.

Thanks a lot.

Rico

It's been a top request for quite some time now. It's on the radar of the development team but I don't have a specific timeline available to share with you. Thanks for the feedback.

I raised this question here: Re: Is there a way to set the thumbnail image on a video?
and got a standard response of No...

Very disappointing.
