Clarification on Submitting AI-Generated Illustrations to Adobe Stock

If I create unique watercolor backgrounds and nature designs—such as trees, flowers, landscapes, etc.—using AI tools, ensuring that they are not copied from any source, do I need to tick both the 'Created using generative AI tools' box and the 'People and Property are fictional' box when submitting them? Alternatively, is it sufficient to only select 'Created using generative AI tools,' or do all AI-generated illustrations require both options to be marked, regardless of their content? I understand the 'people' aspect, but 'property' can refer to many things—for example, watercolor designs, painting illustrations, scratches, and even watercolor backgrounds are included in the property category, in my opinion. It would be helpful if someone could easily explain how to submit these types of AI-generated illustrations

When people (or robots or monsters or anything humanoid is involved), select Generated with AI and People and property are fictional. For anything else, I have always selected Generated with AI and No.

Trees, flowers and landscapes are not property in this sense. Your living room or a generative AI living room is a property.

You will absolutly need to tick the generative AI flag, the fictional "People and Property" box is only available for generative AI (seems to be logical). So you can only tick it with generative AI assets. It is meant as a confirmation that no property or model release is needed. It makes absolutly no harm to tick it, even if no property is represented.

Thank you for your valuable opinion!

I have one more question - "If I create a fictional 'people and property-related' design but forget to tick the 'People and Property are fictional' box, will my design be rejected, or will this mistake cause any issues with my account?"

Just don't forget to do it. It can get you in trouble if moderators miss it and buyers complain about assets not being marked correctly. If you forget, delete the asset and resubmit.
