Clarification on Title and Keyword Usage for Multiple Images/Videos

Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I hope you are doing well.

As an Adobe Stock contributor, I would be truly grateful if you could kindly clarify a query I have. If I use the same title and keywords for multiple images or videos featuring the same subject—while ensuring that each image and video is unique—would your team approve such content ?

Additionally, is there any specific guideline that restricts submitting such content for inclusion in the approved stock images or videos collection ?

I sincerely appreciate your time and guidance on this matter and look forward to your valuable response.

Thank you so much for your help.

Best regards,

Gourab Mazumder

If you are using identical titles and keywords in multiple assets that is probably a clue that the images are too similar. If you can't come up with any unique keywords, then the images are too similar.

You should try to use different keywords, keyword orders and titles. This improves the chances of your aswset being seen.

First: You are not talking to Adobe here, but to your fellow contributors.

Second: Whatever you use as a title or a keyword needs to match the picture. You can use the same title and keywords for different assets, however, it would be wise to really mention also the difference between the assets, so that a customer searching for a topic has more possibilities to find your assets.

You should not spam the database. You will need to use common sense assumptions to decide on this. There is no hard border between acceptable repetations and spam, however, the documentation says that you should not add more than 3 variations for the same subject (for pictures).
